We met unexpectedly in 2022 at a Dallas Mavericks game, and what started as a simple conversation quickly turned into something more. From the very beginning, there was an undeniable connection.

 

As we got to know each other, we realized something that made our story even more special… we had grown up just minutes away from each other without ever crossing paths. In a way, it felt like we were always meant to find each other.

 

As we spent more time together, everything just felt easy. Through meaningful conversations, shared moments, and countless adventures, our connection grew into something deeper, and before long, we found ourselves building a life together.

 

We then welcomed our mini goldendoodle, Maverick, who we named after where it all began. He’s become such a special part of our lives and our little family.

 

Since then, life has been filled with traveling, spending holidays together, spontaneous adventures, a house we turned into a home, and an abundance of unforgettable memories. Somewhere along the way, we became each other’s favorite person to do life with.

 

On New Year’s Eve, surrounded by family and friends, Joseph proposed, turning a night of celebration into the start of our forever.
